Devean Shearer how is your season going for you so far? My season has been going pretty good. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me I love football, it has helped me become a better young man, on and off the field. What should college coaches know about you? The only coach to reach out so far has been Coach Eash from Illinois Wesleyan University. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I play fast and physical, also being able to stay calm in tight situations and play through adversity. What do you like about playing on the defense? The obvious reason is that I love to hit, but I love that pressure put on to not let the offense score. What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season? The biggest goal I have is to lead the team and conference in tackles. As well as get all-state.
