Caleb Barclay how is your season going for you so far? Right now, we are 4-4, not the ideal situation but I’m proud of us as a team, we’ve faced lots of adversity and fought through it as a team. Personally, I like the progress I’ve made from my sophomore season to my junior season, I’ve gotten much stronger and faster which has helped me make more plays for my team this year. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. I’ve been playing since I was in second grade. I’ve learned so many lessons and met so many great coaches and players that I would’ve never met if I didn’t play football. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I think my strongest trait is my versatility. Last game I had 3 TD’s in 3 different ways, a rushing TD, receiving TD, and an INT return for a TD. I think if you put me in any skill position on the field I could compete at a high level. Also last year I threw 2 deep TD passes on 2 trick plays. I feel comfortable with playing any position on the field. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? This season has been a very fun one for me, making memories that will last a lifetime with these seniors is something I’ll never forget. I don’t think there’s one specific memory that comes to mind, but this whole year has been a blast playing with these seniors. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I’m gonna give it everything I got in me. I take pride in giving everything I have every single play of the game and in practice.
