Brady Barrowman Minooka OL 6'6 245 Class of 2024
Brady Barrowman how is your season going for you so far? As a team we have been awesome, we have a lot of momentum right now as we’re getting into conference play. I’ve been happy to contribute to the team by showing up and doing my job every day. What does football mean to you? Football to me means a family of people who have one major goal in common that you can bond and connect with. It also means a chance to represent my school and hometown. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I like the fact that you have to give 100% every play. You can’t take any plays off or else you put your backfield at risk. I love it for the grind. What should college coaches know about you? I’m an academic athlete, I put as much work into my studies as I do on the field. I’m always putting in work throughout the off-season. I take pride in the success of my team and teammates. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel that my strongest trait is communication and discipline. While it is necessary to have power it must be paired with technique to be successful. It is also important to communicate within the O Line and function as a unit not and individual. Who on Minooka is having a breakout season? The first name that comes to mind is Efrein Ramirez, as a Junior he is a huge piece of our defense and consistently makes outstanding plays. Also, both of our running backs, Joey Partridge and Braeden Anderson have been super productive and fun to block for. What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season? My goals are to grow in my knowledge of football as well as working on doing my job to its fullest extent in order to give my team the best chance possible to succeed.
