So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Blayne Sisson Mount Carmel Athlete Class of 2024 6'2 175

Blayne Sisson how has your season been so far? It has been a great year, so much fun being apart of such a good team. Love being able to compete with these guys. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me, I’ve been playing ever since I could walk. Its a different feeling being on that field, especially being able to play in front of our town. Mount Carmel football is a different type of feeling. There’s not much I love more then this game and just being out there with my team. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? Definitely our game against Breese Mater Dei, taking down the number 4 team in the state. That feeling of getting in the end zone with a packed stadium is crazy. Having a big interception in that game to seal the deal is definitely something I’ll remember forever. What should college coaches know about you? I play at 100% all the time, I’m a quick learner when it comes to football. As a freshman on varsity I’ve had to learn a lot of plays that a bunch of my teammates have had known for a couple years. I can play anywhere you put me on the field. I’m light on my feet and have the ability to make big time plays. I believe I’m very coachable and I am always up to be coached when needed. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason? My speed is one of my best features already but I’m gonna be trying to increase that ability. One of my teammates, Zach Allen and I are gonna be working out together all summer. From being in the weight room to running routes on the field.

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting But About The Love Of The Game Of IHSA Football
