Tysean Griffin how was your season been so far?
My season have been great so far freshman starting on varsity going both ways it’s been a dream come true What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that first of all I am and always have been a scholar. School always comes first no matter what. On the field, my best trait is that I am a great teammate. I love to see my boys eat! I am an all around athlete that can play all over the field. I am very explosive and a game changing player. What does football mean to you? To me football is life to me. I first picked up a football when I was only 5 years old and playing football gave me 10 years worth of knowledge, unbreakable bonds, and taught me plenty of life lessons. I love this game with every inch of my heart... I wouldn't be the person I am today without football. Football kept me out of trouble, motivated me to put the best in the classroom, and honestly just taught me how to be a man and handle life. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the field is being so explosive with any causes and to wreck havoc on the field. I can come down and make a tackle, attack the ball in the air on defense, break long runs, and create big plays whenever I'm in space. I feel my strongest on the field trait is that I am very explosive causing me to wreck havoc on both sides of the ball. What part of your game do you feel you need to work on in the offseason? I need to work on getting bigger, stronger, and more physical. The varsity game moves faster than what I'm used too and my speed and explosiveness will only get me so far. I plan on being a 4 year varsity start and I want to be able to bang with the best of them. What should incoming freshmen know about this Morgan Park football program? The Morgan Park Mustangs are one of the best programs in the state that will get you physically and mentally prepared for the next level. Our coaching staff consist of many men who played football at the next level, and understand the common principles of what it takes to be a football player. We are building a culture at Morgan Park that will be like no other. Everybody in the program is family. We are all one and that's what makes a football team great
