Brooks Bahr Loyola Academy 6'5 235 Class of 2023 DE

Brooks Bahr how was your 2019 season? It was great, I had a really fun time and enjoyed the team atmosphere and the competition. Practice was always super competitive which made it fun. I’ve always been a lacrosse player but after playing high school football, it really made me want to switch gears and concentrate more at excelling in football. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. It means competing and working together as a team to complete a common goal... a state championship. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I work really hard and when I have a goal in mind I will do anything in my power to achieve it. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? I’ve been working with Kerry Neal at Win Performance focusing on strength and technique. I have also been competing with my brother Chase Bahr who is an offensive tackle at the University of Pennsylvania, so it’s been fun getting a lot of live reps with him when he was home from college. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I like the physicality, toughness, and speed you need to bring to the table. I also like pressuring the quarterback and forcing him to either get sacked or alter the play.

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting But About The Love Of The Game Of IHSA Football

RESPECT THE GAME
