Aidan Curry how was your 2019 season?
I would say it was pretty good. I had many great people around me to help get through the season. We feel a little short having to play Lena one of the the best 1A football teams.
What do you like about playing linebacker?
I think playing linebacker is really fun. I like the pressure it puts on me knowing I have to call out plays for the D line that can’t see what’s going to happen. I am able to see more of the field and have more time to make a decision than the guys up front.
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
I would like them to know that I have passion for the sport and that I will always give my all on every play and that I will always work hard on and off the field.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I think my strongest trait is communicating during the game and the ability to talk to my teammates and take their advice also to read the opponents plays pretty fast.
What are your thoughts about IHSA Spring Football? I think it’s the best for us. Don’t get me wrong I wish I was playing in the fall, but with what’s going on in the world if it’s the best we can do all we can do is take it and run with it and to use this extra time to get bigger, stronger, and faster.
