Colin Ford Waubonsie Valley QB Class Of 2026 6'3 175
Colin Ford how is your season so far? It’s been going pretty well, we’re 3-4 so far. We have a lot of players that are new to tackle football, and we’ve been improving each week. I feel like I’ve made a lot of improvement too. What does football mean to you? It’s a group a guys like brothers that can push and support each other to try and be the best we can be. It’s a lot of fun too. How do you feel that you have improved this season?
I feel a lot more comfortable making the right read and being calmer in the pocket. I also worked a lot on my throwing mechanics and my accuracy has come a long way. What do you like about playing QB? I like being in control of the offense and having the ability to make something happen either throwing the ball, or running it. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My dual threat ability, and my arm strength. What is one part of your game that you plan on working on in the offseason? I plan to work on footwork, mechanics, and continue to get bigger and faster. What should college coaches know about you? I love to compete both on the field and in the classroom. I love football and getting better every day both as a team and individually. I’m hard working and will put 100% effort in each game and practice. I’m excited about playing football in the future.
