Royce Harper how was your first game back? My first game back felt great felt really good to be back on the football field on a Friday night. I was very excited for the first game back. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. Its more than just a sport to me it's been part of my lifestyle since I was 5-6 years old. I call football my first & only love. Football is also like an extension of a family in a sense to me because my teammates are in a sense my brothers What schools have you been talking to? Mainly since the summer has been over it's been mostly just Mckendree as of now I get emails from a decent amount, but I communicate with Mckendree… Good bond What should college coaches know about you? Firs thing first I am a student athlete, and I take high pride in my athletic abilities. I'm very well coached & I'm a quick learner. I can play with athletes as good & even better than me. I’m a hard worker who never gives up even when a time may look rough. How good can this St. Teresa program be for the season? I feel as if we can be a pretty successful team this year just like last year as long as we continue to work hard and play together, I have high hopes for us making it just as far as we did last year, & I hope that we can make it even further this year. What goals do you have for yourself this season? My personal goals are to get at least 2,000-3,000 rushing yards this season. End of my season with a ring and leave my mark at my high school. I also want to get more offers by the end of my senior football season. Also, undefeated run going to the state finals & winning a ring, but I have to work hard for all of these things which I will do.
