Eric Thames Al Raby DB Class of 2021 5'10 160
Eric Thames how was your 2019 season? My 2019 season wasn’t that great as a team overall with us going 2-7, I felt as we could’ve did better. But from my overall season I felt I held my own with only giving up 2 catches in coverage throughout the whole season and leading the team defensively and offensively in receiving yards What should college coaches know about you? What college coaches should know about me is that I’m an student-athlete and a hardworking kid that makes an instant force on the defensive side of the ball, with me being vocal I feel I make others around me game improve. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the field if I had to say is just the ability to be a shutdown Defensive back wether it’s at the nickel, safety or corner position. Whatever side I’m on the ball most likely isn’t going to be thrown that way What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me, been playing it sense the age of 7 and I fell in love with it. Since I use it as my way out, to get to college to hopefully one day change me and my families situation. How does Al Raby look for the upcoming season?
We’re looking pretty strong, we all been working hard the whole offseason, we was working hard before the coronavirus hit so it just cared along and we never stopped, our hopes is a deep playoffs run or even win state
