Jaden Lance how was your 2019 season?
The 2019 season was pretty good, we had a great start to the season going 4-1, our team started to face adversity as we came to the middle of the season. We then finished 5-4 heading into playoffs. I’m thankful that me and my teammates were able to fight through it.
What does football mean to you?
Football means more than what I can describe to me. It’s something that kind of makes me forget about whatever may be troubling. It’s sort of like an escape for me. It’s also a special time that I can spend with my best friends and teammates.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
I noticed I was not as strong as what I needed to be this past season so I really hit the weight room hard and focused on speed development as well.
What should college coaches know about you?
Things college coaches should know about me is I always bounce back from adversity. I’ve had some injuries through my high school career and I’ve always bounced back stronger. I also have a work ethic that I believe is stronger than most people’s.
How does Sesser-Valier look for 2021?
I believe we are looking great. A lot of our players have hit the weights this summer with intensity and will continue to until the spring. We had several juniors who started this past year that are coming back, so I believe we are ready for anyone who comes our way.
