Luke Benson how was your 2019 season?
It was a great experience. My team won conference and then went on to win state with an undefeated season.
What do you like about playing QB?
I like playing quarterback because I’m able to lead my team and help do whatever the coaches ask of me to help us win.
What should college coaches know about you?
I would want them to know that I am a team player and that I’m always working on becoming a better player. I would love to play football at the next level and I am very excited to see where this next season takes our team.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
I’ve been working on throwing a tighter spiral and having better ball placement so that’s it’s easier for my receivers to catch the ball.
How good can this Lena-Winslow squad be for 2020?
I think our team for this year has the potential to be very good, but with that being said nothing is going to be given to us. We will have to work hard just like we have in previous years if we want to fulfill our potential. Our whole team is very excited for this season.
