Conversation With O'Fallon Playmaker Latrell Bonner Class Of 2021- NAME YOU NEED TO KNOW

So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Latrell Bonner Class of 2021 O'Fallon WR/DB 6'3 175

Latrell Bonner how was your 2019 season?

Overall we had a great season. Even though we didn’t end the season the way we wanted, by the end of the year our team actually became the definition of a team. It became more then just football and we as a team invested in each other. I learned a lot, and became a better person and football player.

What does football mean to you?

Football means everything to me. I’ve been playing since I was 5, and it’s my favorite thing to do. There’s nothing better to me then playing an intense game infront of a home crowd. I plan on playing football for years to come; and use it as my outlet.

What schools have you talked to so far?

I’ve talked to a number of schools such as Miami of Ohio, Illinois state, Northern Illinois, Central Michigan, Western Michigan, and Wisconsin.

What should college coaches know about you?

I’d like for college coaches to know I’m a team player. I’m willing to do, or play whatever position needed in order to help the team. Also, I willing to learn, and i always give 110% on and off the field.

How good can this O'Fallon team be for 2020?

Honestly, our team has the ability to compete with any team In the state. Here at O’fallon within the last year our football culture has completely changed. And I believe we can go deep into the playoffs or even compete for a state championship.

What is your favorite route to run?

My favorite route to run is definitely the post; with my long build I tend to get up the field well and track the ball. And once I catch the ball in the middle of the field my shiftiness, athletic abilities take part, I don’t think anyone can stay with me and tackle me once I get to moving.

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting But About The Love Of The Game Of IHSA Football

RESPECT THE GAME
