Evan Wydajewski how was your 2019 season?
I thought as a team we did pretty well. A lot of things I need to work on to better my team for next year. Had a great time playing along seniors like Caleb Marconi and Billy Dozier who just made the game easier because you can always rely on them to make a play.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
I’ve been watching a lot of film with Coach Ernst our offensive coordinator learning more about what defenses are trying to do to an offense so my pre snap reads are quicker and so I know when to get out of a bad play and audible into the best offensive play against the defense i’m seeing.
How good can this Lincoln Way West squad be for 2020?
We have a lot of experience coming back with guys who have played in big games. I think w have a lot of potential to shock the state.
What schools have you talked to so far?
Ive gotten some interest from Mckendree and Wingate. Need to get out to some camps in the summer.
What should college coaches know about you?
I work hard on the field and in the classroom. Love to learn the game of football.
Who are some Warrior WRs I should be on the lookout for in 2020?
Joel Madrigal and Eric Nowak will be lethal for us. Both going to have breakout seasons.
