Trey Urwiler how was your 2019 season?

My 2019 season was overall a really good season. As a team we won conference again which is huge. Every week we got better and better and we ended up coming up short of our goal but we had no regrets in the end.

Favorite memory of the 2019 season was?

I would say my favorite memory of the 2019 season would have to be St. Charles North win. We were down that whole game and had a pretty incredible comeback win.

What motivates a Trey Urwiler?

I just want to leave a legacy at Batavia that will be remembered for a long time. Make my family and friends and community proud. That’s what keeps me motivated.

What player really broke out on the Batavia squad this season?

Ryan Ingold. It was his first year playing football and he stepped into a huge role for us. He’s a stud.

What schools have your talked to so far?

Lots of schools have been in contact including, Central Michigan, South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas State, Iowa, Minnesota and more.

What should college coaches know about you?

College coaches should know that I love football. I live and breath football. I’m a big play guy that is coachable and is a team first player.

How weird is going to be playing without your brother next season?

It’s definitely gonna be weird. I would do anything to have another game with Q

Whats your winter plans?

I’m gonna be training at Don Beebes Pro elite training. I want to learn the receiver position in general better as this was my first year playing receiver. As well as get bigger faster and stronger in the weight room with the team.
