Henry Woods how was your season?
Not the season we wanted as a team. Lots of injuries on the team including myself. I battled a concussion and ankle injuries throughout the year. But I’m prepared to do what I have to in order to help my team be successful next year.
What does football mean to you?
Football is my life. My life revolves around the game. God, Family, School, and football. Those are my main priorities.
What does LWC need to do to be successful for 2020?
We need to finish and work harder than everyone. There’s so much potential on this team. Our team was mainly juniors last year stepping in due to injury and we are ready to take the torch and run with it.
What are your winter plans?
Getting ready for my track season ahead. Also gaining a lot more weight and staying in the weight room.
What should college coaches know about you?
I am willing to do absolutely anything coaches ask of me and I will always put my team first.
What is one thing that excites you about the upcoming track season?
I’m one of the top hurdlers in the state. First in the class of 2021 and I’m excited to compete and show my athleticism
