Cordell Smiley Glenbard North RB/DB Class Of 2020 5'9 174
Cordell Smiley how is your season going for you?
My season is going great so far. We’ve been dominate with our run game. We’re about to make a big run for the playoffs and couldn’t be any more prouder of us knowing the difficult season we had last year.
How does feel to shake off the a couple bad first weeks and be in the drivers seat?
Feels amazing. We knew our first couple games were going to be tuff, but we managed to get better week by week and take it one game at a time. We got a chance to finish the regular season at 6-3 and clinch playoffs and even possibly become Conference Champs.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
Indiana Wesleyan University, North Park University, Judson University, Ripon College and other small D3 schools
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the field?
Explosion! Once I see the hole I try to get right through it
What advice would you give future panther players?
Hard work pays off! Find your WILL and MOTIVE! Always stay true to the game. Represent that team name on the front of the jersey!! Have fun, Ball out and leave everything you got on that field!
