Luke Satterlee how has your season been?
Great!! We are 4-3 on the season and looking to punch our ticket to state tonight agianst Al Raby! We’ve gone through 3 OC’s this season but our newest OC has us firing on all cylinders and ready for a deep run into state!
What does football mean to you?
Football means everything to me. Ive been playing this great game since i was 4 years old and ive loved every second of it. The game itself is fun but what i really love about it is the relationships and the brotherhoods that are formed through the ups and downs of the season.
What do you like about playing QB?
Its easily the hardest position in sports, and I like that. I also just enjoy playing the position as a whole.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
Ive been in contact with SIU, Lake Forest, North Park, Concordia and Benedictine mainly but other schools have reached out.
What should college coaches know about you?
College coaches should know that i dont give up. Ive faced a lot of adversity in my life so far, especially in my football career. Ive been knocked down countless times and i always find a way to get back up and be better because of it.
Favorite pregame ritual?
Honestly, this year ive just been going into our weight room, but since its locked i just yank the door. I just sit in there for about 30-40 mins because it’s quiet and i just watch a little netflix to get my mind off the game for a little so i dont overthink anything. Then I simply suit up and go play ball.
