Elijah Thornton how has your season been so far?
It’s had its pros and cons so far, I have been adjusting and getting to know the new coaching staff. I hope to finish stronger than ever.
What does Proviso West football mean to you?
Well as you know, my team hasnt been very successful since me coming in as a freshman. I have had many thoughts in the past on leaving, but its been a rough ride. Through that I have bonded with dudes I can now call family. So Proviso West football means a brotherhood to me, a FAMILY! I love my teammates/ brothers as if we were real blood; loyalty is everything to me.
What schools have you talked to so far?
I have been in brief contact with some schools.....Northern Michigan, Davenport, CMU, WMU, Dubuque
What should college coaches know about you?
That im a hardworking kid thats wants to be great...im hungry and I have always been, to get to where I want to be. Any school that gets me will be getting a promising player that will be a plus for their program.
What motivates a Elijah Thornton?
Just being me alone will take me far in any situation or circumstance....I love to dominate and my mindset will pull me through adverse situations that go past football. My motivation comes from who I am inside-out.
