Anthony Owen Class of 2020 Lake Park OL 6'2 275
Anthony Owen how has your first two weeks been?
The first two weeks have been a great learning experience for me and the team. We didn't start out how we would've liked, but we really came together this past week and we are putting together the pieces for a successful season.
How does it feel to get that first win last friday night?
It felt great, the team has worked really hard to put ourselves in the position to win, and it was good to do it in front of the home crowd.
What should college coaches know about you?
That the team is the most important thing to me, and that I will do anything to push my teammates to be successful. I also love the challenge that football brings to my life and how it pushes me to be the best man I could be.
Your strongest trait on the field is?
Reading pre-snap defensive schemes and putting the correct technique into play in the right situations.
What do you see in this Batavia team for Friday night?
Batavia has a history of being a great team. But I have seen how hard my guys have worked and it will all show on the field.
Who else on Lake Park should I be on the lookout for Friday night?
I don't thinks its right for any players to be singled out. We are a team built of hardworking, passionate players who if given the chance will give there everything on the field. Everyone brings something special to the team from the backups to the starters.
