So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell
Jaden Rasheed Class of 2020 Hersey 6'0 180
Jaden Rasheed how was your Week 1?
My week 1 went pretty well. The coaches did a great job getting me prepared. When the game started everything was already clicking in the right direction.
What is a goal that you have for yourself this season?
A goal I set for myself was to keep giving my team my all in everything I do. From the classroom to the field whatever they need from me I’ll get it done.
What should college coaches know about you?
I’m an student athlete who can play at whatever position i’m needed at. I love to play fast and physical.
How has the transition to Hersey been?
It was very slow for me at first but after a few weeks of working in practice I got adjusted to the culture. The team welcomed me into the pack and made me feel like transferring to Hersey was the best decision i’ve made in a while.
What schools have you talked to so far?
I actually haven’t been talking to schools.
So what do you see in this Fremd squad?
From what i’ve seen and from what i’ve known they’re a decent football. They have some good skill guys and the like to pass the ball a ton. I know that we have all the pieces to beat them this week. It should be a very good game.
Whats your go to pregame meal?
Before games I like to eat a turkey breast and peanut butter and jelly sandwich , a couple nature valley protein almond bars, grapes or bananas and drink a cup of pickle juice.
