Ison Robinson how has your summer been?
It’s been a good summer. Working out with the football team at camp.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
So far only schools that have contacted me is Concordia-Chicago and Upper Iowa University.
What do you like about playing linebacker?
Actually for the past 2 seasons I have been playing DE/DT, I can still play linebacker but my team needs me on the line. What I like playing linebacker is that I have to be the brains of the operation. To answer your question as a defensive lineman, i like that you’re the motor of the team, nothing can be done without the people in the trenches.
How has it been adapting to defensive line?
It actually it hasn’t been that hard
I’ve been a defensive lineman back in my pop warner days
How good is this Bolingbrook team?
We’re state contenders.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
My personal goal is to lead the team in Sacks, TFL’s, earn a division 1 scholarship, and help my team to a state championship.
Whats your go to pregame meal?
Usually it’ll be a subway sandwich Herbs and cheese bread, turkey, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, light mayo and black pepper with a cool blue gatorade.
