Zechariah Hollingsworth Class of 2020 DT/OL Sycamore 6'2 240
Zechariah Hollingsworth how was your 2018 season?
It was good I made a lot of improvements as a player and I believed I filled into the player I wanted to become. We as a team did well even though we didn’t make it as far as we wanted it was still a good step
What do you feel was your best game in 2018?
Week 7 against Morris high school was to me. I feel like I dominated the line most of the game and got in on 6 tackles in the second half. It wasn’t my best statistical game but my physicality front set the tone for the rest of the game
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
Everything. Not a lot of people can do it but after doing it for so many years it becomes natural. I’d say my favorite part though would have to be lose balls. Because coming through every play, you never know when that hit will pop that ball free then it’s fair game.
What game are you most looking forward to this upcoming season?
Dekalb week 2. Was close last year and both sides have something to prove. I know there will be a lot of talking but I can’t wait to see what goes down between the lines.
What should college coaches know about you?
Know I work hard and never stop until the job is done. I’ll do whatever it takes to win and always stay committed
What is your favorite play getting the big 3rd down tackle or huge sack?
3rd down tackle because it keeps the pressure on
