Puneet Singh Neuqua Valley Class of 2020 DB 5'10 160
Puneet Singh how was your 2018 season?
I’d say my 2018 season was just a start. The times my number was called I knew I had to make the best of it and make plays the times I was on the field. We finished with a record of 6-4. It was a fun season but there is room for improvement. It was a fun season I knew I gave it my all and so did my team.
What does football mean to you?
Football to me is a privilege and a opportunity. It can open so many doors in any direction. The sport itself made me learn more about not only about the sport but life skills also. I love the sport and I wish I could play it forever.
What excites you the most about this upcoming season?
What excites me for this upcoming season is being able to play with my friends I have been playing with my whole life. Our team chemistry is very strong and we take pride in bonding with each other. I think that will be a big factor for the season on how we cooperate with each other. The intensity we have in the weight room is just waiting to burst out for the friday nights. I am beyond excited for this upcoming season.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
This offseason I have been working on gaining more weight and gaining more strength.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
A goal for myself this season I have is making the most plays I possibly can and being a great team player.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the field?
I think my strongest trait would be making open field tackles.
If you could schedule one game, Who it be and why?
Normal Community, we played them last year and it was such a fun, tough game with a lot of intensity. I would love to play them again.
