Johnny Golden how was your 2018 season?
My 2018 season great! I really enjoyed playing with my new teammates and working with my coach’s. We had many exciting games that were a lot of fun. I enjoyed reaching the playoffs for the first time in my career. Though as a team we had aspirations to go further.
What should college coaches know about you?
I am a extremely hard working, and enjoy being a leader on the OL. I bring a potent combination of size, length, speed, and finesse. While excelling as a good teammate.
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
I love the competition of facing the opponent across from me. I always enjoy working and hanging out with my fellow linemen.
What part of your game have you been working on in the upcoming season?
I have been working hard on my power, footwork, and becoming a even better leader.
How does Glenbard South look this season?
Despite losing some key players on last years team, we are returning some significant leaders that should help us excel through the adversity that we will face through the season. This combined with the speed and athleticism of our team should make us a force to be reckoned with.
Funniest coach on the Glenbard South staff?
We have a pretty funny staff overall. It’s a close competition between Coach Crissey and Coach Kichka.
