Tyler Burris Class of 2020 Glenwood Chatham TE/LB 6'3 195

Tyler Burris how was your 2018 season?

I thought it was a good season. I learned a lot while also playing with some great guys. It didn’t end the way we wanted it to but It was still a good overall season.

What schools have you talked to so far?

Illinois State, SIU, Minnesota State, and Olivet Nazarene.

What should college coaches know about you?

I’m a team guy. I’ll do whatever it takes to win. I also love competition, and will work hard to be the best.

What position do you feel the most comfortable in?

I would say outside linebacker because I’ve been playing it forever. Last year was really my first year playing Tight end so I’m still learning a lot there.

What goal do you have for yourself this upcoming season?

I want to win the conference first. I would also like to lead the conference in tackles.

What game are you most looking forward to the upcoming season?

Playing with the guys that I’ve grown up with for the last time. And hitting up Hen House Saturday morning after a win on Friday night.

What player in the Central State 8 do you think gave you the most trouble last season?

Jeffery Wells from MacArthur. He’s all over the field and knows how to hit on defense

What you think is your strongest trait on the field?

I think that my strongest trait is being able to slow the game down to read and react while playing fast at the same time.

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting But About The Love Of The Game Of Football In The IHSA

RESPECT THE GAME
