Jackson WIlliams how was your 2018 season?
The season went well. We went 12-1 winning our conference and losing our only game to the eventual state champs.
How do you think you personally did?
Personally I had a good season. Starting at corner and moving to safety during week 5. I made many big plays throughout the season including 90 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 8 PBU’s. As well as a game tying field goal in the state quarterfinals.
What game are most looking forward to this upcoming season?
Definitely week 1 against East St Louis. They have many great athletes and I’m excited to compete against the best.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason to better yourself for the upcoming season?
This offseason the main focus has been getting bigger and faster.
What should college coaches know about you?
College coaches should know that I have a will to win. I strive to be the best at everything I do and will work very hard to prove myself.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
My goal for the season is to lead my team to a state championship. As well as be recognized as Academic All-State.
