Jackson DeVaughn how was your 2018 season?
It was great starting at outside linebacker as a Junior on a talented team. I am looking forward to moving to inside linebacker and being a leader on defense as a senior this upcoming season!
Favorite memory of the 2018 season?
It was a tie between the interception I had against Grayslake North on a televised game or the sack I had against Notre Dame in the playoffs.
What are working on in the off season to better yourself for the upcoming season?
I have been working on adding some muscle to my frame by lifting and increasing my speed and stamina by joining track this spring.
What should college coaches know about you?
I want them to know that not only am I a hard working athlete, but I excel in the classroom too with a GPA of 3.7 and taking AP classes.
How good can this Antioch team be for the 2019 season?
Our team should be really strong this year again. There are a lot of athletes on the team that have been putting in work during the off season to help us dominate this fall.
What game are you most looking forward to this upcoming season?
The Antioch vs Lakes rivalry game. It is always a huge game every year and will be again since its my last year to go out and win the crosstown competition.

Brandon Reynolds, Andrew Deboer, and Ryan Shaputis
What goal do you have for yourself this upcoming season?
To be a more dominant force and captain of the defense this year.
