Michael Vazquez how was your 2018 season?
2018 was a learning experience for my team and didn’t go as we would’ve liked, but it gave us something to learn on and motivate us towards our 2019 season. Personally it helped me develop more and I couldn’t be more excited for this upcoming season.
Favorite memory of your 2018 season?
My favorite memory from this season was probably my touchdown pass to Kobie Jamison at the end of our game vs St. Charles east to put us up a score. Even though we still lost that game I felt like I did everything I could’ve for my teammates.
What should college coaches know about you?
I like to help my teammates out the best I can whether it’s telling them where to line up in a formation or how to run a certain route. I work hard and like the be held accountable as well as holding my teammates accountable.
What does Glenbard North football mean to you?
I’ve been around it all my life and always couldn’t wait to get here. It’s truly a brotherhood and the opportunity to get to play with the kids I grew up with is awesome. I’m fortunate enough to have coaches like Coach Wilkins and Coach Cassidy and the tradition they have set.

What player on GBN should I be on the lookout for that I might not know?
Well you already know of Kobie and Cordell, but we have tons of talent that starts with Angelo Cusumano, Jordan Mcquarters, Rory hills and Mayo Balo
Game you are most looking forward to this season?
Each and every game, but the one to look forward to the most is playoffs week 1
What goal do you have for yourself this upcoming season?
Lead my team to a successful season the best way I can
What is your favorite route to pass to?
Either the post route or the fade
