Elias Valdez how was your 2018 season?
This 2018 season has been my best season in my high school career. After the 2017 season i didn't know if i would start my junior season so i made sure to do everything i could to earn it. In doing so the work I did blessed me to receive that starting spot and In the future even MVP and all conference.
Favorite memory of the 2018 season?
My favorite memory would have to be the days before every game were me and time would just sit down as team and eat dinner together like a family and it really felt like one.
What should college coaches know about you?
That everything i do both on and off the field I always put my heart and soul into. I'm always willing to do whatever it takes to keep growing and learning not only for my own sake but for the sake of the team.
What does playing in the trenches mean to you?
It means that I may have to do something difficult that take everything i got to summon the will to keep battling forward no matter the circumstances and to do what needs to be done and lay it all out on the field even if means me having to take on 2 to guys to make my other players jobs easier to get it done.
Toughest offensive linemen you faced last season?
It would have to be jace punke from Washington
Best way to break a double team?
My favorite way is to focus on the first guy I hit push pull him then usually club and rip second guy off of me
