Nick Broeker Class of 2019 SHG OL
Ole Miss Commit
Nick Broeker how was your season?
Individually, I felt like I performed at a high level and I thought I was really able to get better game by game. As a team, I felt like we fell a bit short of our goal, but playing my senior year with my guys was the most fun I’ve had
Favorite memory this season?
Giving Coach Leonard a Gatorade shower after he became the winningest head coach in Illinois history. Being apart of that moment was something I’ll never forget
What made Ole Miss the best choice for you?
There’s nothing like ole miss. I fell in love with the school, coaches, and the town. It was a perfect fit for me on the field and off the field
Give me some young Class of 2021 2022 SHG players to keep an eye out on?
Definitely Alex Sweetland, Reece Edwards, Rayveon Barger-Hughes, Tezz Fowler, Jermaine Brown, Isaiah Thompson, Ethan Sprinkle, Devin Hale, Brannan Kraft, Jimmy Capecci will all end up as good players. Keep your eyes on them
What does your Senior Season mean to you?
It means the world to me. Some of them I’ve played with since first grade. Knowing it was the last go around and after all those years of hard work, wearing that gold helmet one last time was special
QUICK NOTE:
Nick Broeker is that recruit that everyone wants size, athleticism, center to low gravity at OL. Kid is also just a high character kid as well. Coached by one of the best offensive line coaches in the state of Illinois. Ole Miss got a great recruit
