Gabriel Miller Class of 2020 LB Collinsville 6'0 200

Gabriel Miller is great player from the southern Illinois region, and looks to grow in his junior season. Impressed with his hips and explosion when he takes on defenders at fullback. Textbook tackler at linebacker, makes the right reads especially for being sophomore last season.

Gabriel Miller what should college coaches know about you?

They should know that I love the game of football and I work everyday grinding to be better and become more of a d1 athlete everyday and I listen to everything and I keep my eye out for little things during practice or training so I get all the things I need to be the best I can be

What does Collinsville football mean to you?

Collinsville football means a lot to me even tho we don’t have good history in winning or anything but it means so much to me that I want to turn it around this year I want to make the playoff and change collinsville football to a winning team

So how does Collinsville look this season?

I think we look good this year at all positions and we are pretty solid on back ups and we are looking like more of a team so far during the summer and not so much as a individual and we look like we actually wanna play and win every Friday night

How good is Malcolm Burns from a teammate's perspective?

He is a good teammate who is trying be better as a leader and take over this team for his senior year and making everyone go as hard as possible so we can be better

What do you like about playing linebacker?

I like playing linebacker because it’s more of a leading position and I like to step up and tell people what to do and need to do and I also love hitting and being able to get into the middle of everything

What game are you looking most forward to this season?

I’m not really looking forward to any game we are just trying to take it slow and win a game at a time but if I had to choose one I would say edwardsville because they have lots of talent and could possibly win state this year so I’d like to see how we compete against them this year

What goal do you have for yourself this season?

I would like to get at least 100 tackles this year or more and I would like to get first all conference and go up on all my Max’s And also pick up a offer or two

Give me a Collinsville player that college coaches need to be on the lookout for?

Honestly they need to be on a lookout for me because I’m coming super hard this year and I’m not stopping full on 100%
