Spencer Konstanzer what schools have you been talking to?
Augustana University, Carroll University, Northern Michigan, Minnesota State Moorhead. Right after football season I also talked to St Ambrose, Coe but they didn’t talk to me again.
What does Bartlett football mean to you?
Bartlett football with my current class represents hard work, dedication. when we walk on the field we are in a fight for all 4 quarters. No matter what the score board says. Something special is placed in the team that makes us different from other teams. It is a brotherhood is more then football.
What should college coaches know about you?
I’m a hard worker and I will do anything to play in college football. I am always looking to get better in the weight room, on the field or in the classroom. No matter what position is it if you want me to block, tackle, catch or take a handoff I will. I’m a great leader and is always pushing me and my players to be successful on the field, in the weight room, in the class room and in the town.
So how does Bartlett look this season?
I believe that we are a good team from a lot of returning players. We have learned from our mistakes and made sure we have gotten better. With our new coaching staff it has been a great transition and helped us learn more. Also having us compete at a higher level. We have been able to reach new peaks better then ever.
What game are you most looking forward to this season?
I’m looking forward to the West aurora game because it will be a full 4 quarters. They have a great program and we have also got one. So that is the game I am most looking forward to for this season.
What do you like about playing on defense?
I love the nonstop suspense of how a stop is going to be made. All players have to be in sink with one another on everything.
Give me a player on Bartlett that we should keep an eye out for besides you?
Austin Gates he plays wide receiver and is a great athlete from football to basketball.
Very impressed with Spencer's interview, great kid and a special football player. College Coaches need to keep an eye out for him this fall.-
