COACH BIG PETE'S THINGS TO LOOK FOR

7 on 7 is a different beast than regular football, and to be honest its suppose to be used as teaching tool for coaches and players.  Main thing I will be looking for is communication with secondary and the coverages of secondary.  For QBs I look at how they comeback from their mistakes against coverages.  WRs I pay attention to body language after mistakes are made, do they blame themselves or others. One quick point I look for proper catching techniques, no one handers but proper two handed catches. Take a look at players responding to coaches and how they handle criticism.

10 THINGS IM LOOKING OUT FOR TOMORROW

1. Rochester Rocket Football- What does the best coaching staff in the IHSA have cooking this season

2. East St.Louis AKA Greatest Show On Turf- So many great D1 talented players

3. Lincoln Way East- We know the starters but I want see what they got on their second string

4. Wheaton Warrenville South-- Want to see these young talented tigers

5.  Lyons Township- excited to see JJ Dutton and that group of underrated WRS

6. Neuqua Valley amazing group of skill players and one of the best QBs for 2020
