Well I'm going to give this chance to Westmont Head Coach Woulfe to speak about Mike Thompson. Had the chance to coach Mike his freshman year and this kid is a gamer.
"Mike's expected to be a leader. He's got a lot of great qualities as an athlete and he has a strong attitude about his team, as well as the game. He's going to have a big impact on both sides of the ball and we believe he will be producing this year as valuable member for our team."

Michael Thompson what schools have you been talking to?
Well I haven’t been talking to many, but Elmhurst College has shown a lot of interest and I have been talking to their wide receivers coach.
What does Westmont Sentinel Football mean to you?
Well, Westmont does not have many players on our team which is a disadvantage, but it helps our team come together and work harder.
What should college coaches know about you?
They should know that I love the weight room and that I will be committed to their program 100%.
Funniest Coach Leinweber memory lol?
You standing on the sled and making weird noises while the lineman had to push it.

Not really lol
Game you are looking most forward to this season?
Seneca Week 1 because we have unfinished business form playing then last year.
This is your Senior season, What does that mean to you?
It means that this is possibly the last time I could be playing football... I’m going to go out of hs football with a bang.
