Weston Sisson what schools have you been talking to?

SIU - Carbondale, WIU, Augustana, and Knox

What have you been doing in the offseason to improve yourself for the upcoming season?

Lifting everyday during the week with our team, we all push each other to reach the next level. We also do agility work before we go to the weight room.

Its early.. How does Sterling look for the 2018 Season?

Right now I think we will have the same success as we have the past couple years, our offense should be strong as usual once we get people in the rights spots replacing some guys that aren’t returning. Defensively we have some big spots to fill but I know we have guys who can step up and are ready to fill them.

What does Sterling football mean to you?

Sterling football is a great program to be able to say you are apart of. It’s not something you will only be apart of during high school years you will always remember being apart of the program for the rest of your life so being able to play for a program with that is special

Game you are looking most forward to this season?

Kaneland and Sycamore

What was one of your favorite memories from last season?

Winning the Quarterfinal game vs Marian Central because it was our programs 1st ever quarter finals win and it was a great game

Who is the funniest guy in the lockerroom?

Marquez Williams or Vince Vasquez they both always have something funny to say or do and are always making people laugh

Who is a player on Sterling that college coaches need to take look at and why?

Marquez Williams - he is strong fast and athletic with a lot of potential, he’s very good on both sides of the ball being a shifty but power running back and is an aggressive linebacker who can make open field tackles but also fills gaps and blitz
