Hayes Taylor Class of 2019 Althoff Catholic ATH/QB 6'3 228

COACH BIG PETE'S TAKE

Hayes Taylor is a competitor and has the size and speed to play at the next level. 6'3 great frame, and ability to make defenders miss in his game film is what will be intriguing to college coaches. Taylor can play an assortment of positions on the field which gives a roster spot to a utility type of player that he is.

Hayes Taylor what schools have you been talking to?

I have been speaking with Missouri Baptist (offered me ). Wyoming, SEMO , Missouri Western, and a few others

What have you been working on in the offseason to better yourself for the upcoming season?

I have been weigh lifting to get stronger and have been running to get faster. And have been working on my own at elite football academy to improve my skills on the field. I’ve been working on footwork, deep ball accuracy, and even catching a few passes.

Its Early... How does Althoff Catholic look this upcoming season?

I think we are going to be a very strong well rounded disciplined football team.

What should college coaches know about you?

I am a very hard working player and I love the game of football and always give everything my best inside the classroom and on the field.

Name a player on Althoff Catholic and why? That college coaches should take a look at

Dylan Appleton. He’s a well rounded athlete and is going to be a stud at wide receiver and DB, I never wanna throw his way in practice because 9/10 that ball is going the other way. He’s physical for his size.

What position do you feel most comfortable playing?

Honestly I feel comfortable at any position on the offensive side of the ball because I know all of the plays and have a good understanding of our offense

Favorite memory from last season?

My favorite memory was traveling with the team to Texas to play our week 9 game and come home with a win it was a great experience and brought us closer as a team.
