Kacper is undersized, no doubt about it if he had a couple inches he would be a highly sought after recruit. Mr. Rutkiewicz is a natural football player, tough nosed and a great burst of speed. This is one my players in Illinois that I will be keeping an close eye on.

I’m very coachable
Youre small, but you got fight... What is one thing that defenders overlook in you?
My toughness, many think that just because I’m small that they can run through me and have a field day.
What does Hersey football mean to you?
It’s my family, I love all the guys on my team and would do anything for them
How is Hersey looking for the 2018 Season? Early Outlook
We have great skill and are developing an Offensive line. Similar outlook to last year.
What is one thing in your game that you need to improve before the season starts?
I have a lot to improve on, but one of the main things I have to improve on before the season is my leadership, I need my teammates to believe that when things are tough in a game they can come to me and I will make plays.

What is your favorite memory from past season?
Beating BG and hoisting the fireman’s cup
