Peyton Brown QB St.Charles North Class of 2019 6'3 175

Peyton Brown what schools have you been talking to?

As of right now, some schools like Purdue and Wisconsin have visited my school to talk to me.

What is one aspect of your game that you could improve?

Well, I suffered an injury to my shoulder last year which was a season ending injury. So I have recently been working extremely hard on my rehab and I am getting close to being 100%.

So its early, but how does St.Charles North look for 2018 ?

I feel like we have a very motivated group going into 2018. We are entering a new conference with all very well-known programs who are going to be extremely competitive. With the culture that coach Pomazak and staff has created, I believe we are set up to have another successful season.

Who is one St.Charles North Player that college coaches need to know that might not know?

I believe we have a few. Alex Westendorf is our RT, and he is a tremendous leader as well as player. SCN breeds great lineman and he definitely is one to fit that category. Another one would be Dan Daley MLB. He is also a great player who is very underrated and I believe he led our conference in tackles. And lastly Alec Kritta WR. He did not start the first half of season but when he got his shot, he made the most of it. He was a very clutch player who has tremendous hands and speed.

What is one goal for you this coming season?

I want to lead this group of guys to another successful year. I feel like we have the correct pieces to the puzzle and the right coaching staff to do so.

Why do you love football?

I just love the game. This past year has been an emotional time for me. I have gone through a ton of adversity and being away from the game showed me how much it means to me.
