Impressed, me today was the Hawk Coaching Staff and its common sense approach to scheme, best scheme for the best group of players they have. HE Staff features a great combination of young and old coaches that make a great addition to this team. Biggest thing that impressed me is the senior players sense of helping out the younger players.
