Jake Parisi how was your junior season?
It was great. I had a lot of fun and felt like I had a pretty good season. We also had a great run making it all the way to the state semifinals.
What game do you feel was your best performance?
I think my best performance was against rolling meadows where I had 2 touchdowns, a 2-point conversion, and 180 yards receiving. I played with a lot of confidence which led to me making big plays on the ball.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
I’ve talked to Drake, Illinois State, Murray State, Navy, St. Thomas, Holy Cross, Dayton, SDDU, and Valparaiso.
What should college coaches know about you?
College coaches should know I have very fast top end speed and great acceleration. I am strong and have the ability to jump up and make a play on the ball. I also am very coachable and will listen to anything being told to me.
What is your favorite route to run?
My favorite route to run is a shake route where I fake a corner and turn it into a post.
How does Prospect look for the upcoming season?
We are losing some really talented seniors, but we also have a lot of returning starters, especially on the offensive side. I think we have a good chance to make a really big run this year.
Who on Prospect is really to have a breakout season this fall?
I think Brad Vierneisel, Jack Berman, and Sean Konieczka are ready to have a breakout season.
