So, in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for Illinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know, but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Brady Augstin how is your season going so far?
Personally, I think I’m playing some of my best football. Team wise great so far 3-0 and won all of our games by 40+.
How good is this Normal defense?
I think we’re really good. Our starting defense has only given up 1 touchdown. But overall, 3 so i think that really says a lot about how good we are.
What should college coaches know about you?
I try hard in the classroom, i work hard in the weight-room and on the field. Have a good natural instinct for the ball and i’m a leader.
What does football mean to you?
Means a lot. It’s like a big family, you work hard all week and play in a big game on Friday or Saturday nights. I’ve always just loved the game.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
Good awareness almost always knows where the ball is.
Who on Normal is having breakout season so far?
Really anybody on our defense. Offensively, Marquan Gary, Tommy Davis, Kyle Beaty, and the offensive line.
