So, in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for Illinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know, but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Parker Brault how is your season going for you so far?
Getting better each week I got 2 great OL coaches to help me understand the game at a higher level. I feel like the off season wrestling/agility/weight training has really given me the edge on the line.
What does football mean to you?
Palatine football means brotherhood a true family, something bigger than yourself. Since i could remember I always wanted to be a Pirate because i knew it was a special place and it always will be, because the commitment of being team first.
What should college coaches know about you?
I’m a 3-sport athlete including Football/Wrestling, and baseball. I’m a student of the game with a 3.85 GPA. I’m 6’3 265LBS. Coaches describe me as a hardworking and coachable.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
Aggression.
Who on Palatine is having a breakout season?
Are QB Grant Dersnah has been playing really well. As well as are O-Line giving him elite protections.
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
I really love it all. I love the 1v1 matchups. My teammates. The physicality of it all. Laying kids out. There is never a dull moment in the trench’s i really love every second of it.
