Great time in Minooka tonight, got to say this team has me intrigued for 2023. After watching them participate on Spring 7on7 and linemen challenges, and after tonight I'm a believer. I can see this team making run at state this 2023 season. They lost a couple playmakers to graduation in Susnar, Dooley, and Dupree. But they have quality in a senior class returning along with a youth movement. Really like what I saw from the offense side of the ball and their defensive line. Minooka got speed on both sides of the ball and in the Southwest Prairie that is what matters the most this season. Minooka needs a good seeding when they get into the playoffs. If Nathan Maul gets on a hot streak with this passing attack LOOK OUT!!! Line play is a Minooka trademark and will be a strength for this season. This team has so much potential like teams before especially 2021esque Lockport and Wheaton North. They must dominate the Southwest Prairie and win the lines of scrimmage with a tough schedule on the plans.
